SERVICES OFFERED AND CHARGES

Advice

• FREE telephone or email advice on buying a puppy or dog including breed selection, preparation, equipment needed, how to formulate a socialisation programme for your puppy etc.

Basic training

• Individual basic training for you and your puppy or adult dog in the comfort of your own home
• Training sessions are charged at £30 per hour, with a minimum charge for a first visit of £25.

Behavioural consultation

• I will travel to your home so that I can meet you and your pet in your normal environment and collect detailed information. I will explain to you what is probably the cause your pet’s behaviour problem and I will outline the treatment plan – a more detailed plan will be sent to you with my report (see below).
• A behavioural consultation costs £50 per hour, plus travel expenses if applicable, and the average duration is two hours. Treating behaviour problems takes time and effort: there is no quick fix.
• Included in this price is my visit, a full written report and treatment programme, a follow-up telephone call to assess progress and further telephone and email support for an agreed length of time, depending on the nature of the problem.
• Payment to be collected at the end of the home visit.
• If necessary, repeat visits are charged at £35 per hour, plus travel expenses if applicable.

Travel

• Travel expenses - I am based in Oxfordshire; visits within a 30 mile radius of my base will not incur travel expenses; outside this radius travel expenses charged.
